Payments and Membership Discounts
All payments are final and will not be refunded.
In order to use the AEI/NAEA Membership discount, a teacher must be a paid member in good standing for the duration between registration and particiaption in a program. Any student who is registered using a discount code and whose instructor's membership has lapsed will not have their portfolio adjudicated until the remaining balance is paid or proof of renewed membership is submitted. If the membership lapse is found after the program registration deadline, AEI reserves the right to place a student on waitlist or deny participation in a program.
Originality and Copyright
All artworks submitted for AEI programs are expected to be original works created by the student. Artworks that are studies, copies, or otherwise do not substantially transform another artwork art disqualified from entry. The evaluation by jurors will be upheld by the program committee. If you feel an error has been made, you may email the program chair to provide information and seek understanding.
